FAQ'S

How many times a week do i have to work out ?

This slightly depends on your goal. the programme is also progressive so it'll start with 3 beespoke gym sessions a week (plus access to classes. These aren't mandatory) and as the 12 weeks go on the amount of sessions per week increases. When you sign up we'll have a consultation and we can find your beespoke schedule.

Do i need a gym membership or weights?

Yes ideally you'll have access to gym, or at least dumbbells. The workouts will incorporate big compound lifts as well as isolation and accessory work so a range of weights is preferred. 
However depending on your circumstance and experience there are options for body weight transformation programmes.

What are the audio classes ?

Fresh audio classes each week! Download and plug in and play! 

Workout with integrated music and challenging workouts all through your headphones! 

How does it work....?

You get set up as a client using a client management software (MyPThub) where your workout amongst other things gets assigned, this will also act as our 1-1 communication system.
You are guided through the workout and you input your data throughout the workout so we can track progression. 
There is a private Instagram page for bonus content, challenges & The Beesting.

What if i can't make a workout or miss one?

At the start of the week you'll be assigned your workouts, when you are assigned you can decide when best to get them done, i can propose a rigid schedule but i like to provide some freedom, i will know when you've ticked them off or not...
but don't worry if you miss one we can rejig! Just like the workouts the scheduling is Beespoke

Do i get a diet plan?

Your macronutrients (Carbs, Fats, Proteins) & calories will be calculated and to give you freedom to enjoy the foods you like within that i'll assign a guideline meal plans, more to give you ideas. Feel free to follow it to the letter!
